The Founder's Background 

Caroline has been in the recruitment industry since 2000, working for a leading publicly listed executive search firm in Hong Kong. In 2006, she switched to another search firm to focus on financial services professional recruitment.  She has since built the knowledge and expertise in this industry, having successfully placed candidates in various investment banks and private equity firms.
